Статья 2. Настоящий Закон вводится в действие по истечении десяти календарных дней после его первого официального опубликования, за исключением абзаца шестого подпункта 1), подпунктов 2), 4), 6), 8)-15), 17)-21), 24), 27)-29), 31)-43), 45)-47) пункта 3 статьи 1, которые вводятся в действие с 1 января 2009 года.
