Enactment:
4. Настоящее постановление вводится в действие с 1 января 2010 года, за исключением абзацев восьмого, девятого пункта 1 и абзацев десятого, одиннадцатого, двенадцатого, тринадцатого пункта 2 настоящего постановления, которые вводятся в действие с 1 января 2011 года.
