Enactment:
3. Настоящий приказ вводится в действие со дня первого официального опубликования и распространяется на отношения, возникающие с 1 июля 2010 года, за исключением подпунктов 5), 6) пункта 1 настоящего приказа, которые распространяются на отношения, возникающие с 1 января 2010 года.
