Enactment:
3. Настоящее постановление вводится в действие по истечении десяти календарных дней после дня его первого официального опубликования и распространяется на отношения, возникшие с 1 января 2013 года, за исключением абзацев пятого и шестого пункта 1 настоящего постановления, которые распространяются на отношения, возникшие с 1 января 2014 года.
