«5. Настоящее постановление вводится в действие с 1 января 2016 года, за исключением абзацев тринадцатого, четырнадцатого, пятнадцатого, шестнадцатого, двадцать первого и двадцать второго пункта 1 и абзацев с третьего по пятидесятый пункта 2 Перечня, которые вводятся в действие с 1 января 2020 года, и подлежит официальному опубликованию.».5. Настоящее постановление вводится в действие после дня его первого официального опубликования и распространяется на отношения, возникшие с 1 января 2018 года.
